Policies

Private Events

• Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. A $75 date change fee will be applied to request a new party date. (New event dates are subject to availability.)

• Final headcount is due 5 days before your event- Please email headcount to sharon@artsistudio.com. We will process your final payment 3 days before your event to your securely stored credit card.

• Tables and chairs must be set up before the arrival of your Artsi Studio instructor. Your instructor will arrive 45 minutes before your party. Your art project will take approximately 1 hour. At least one adult guardian must be present during your home party. Your Artsi Studio instructor will handle set up/clean up of art area only and will not handle set up or serving of food.

• Photographs are taken at our events and we share them publicly on social media and for marketing purposes. You may select your preference to include children in photos or not. No names or locations will be shared.

 

Waiver

I am fully aware of the risks inherent and hereby give my consent for the above named registrants to participate in this activity offered by ARTSi Studio LLC. I hereby release ARTSi Studio LLC and any of their elected officials, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability from injuries, claims, demands, costs, loss of services, expenses or damages sustained by me, us, or our minor children due to his or her participation in said event.
